During our visit, we will gather some glimpses of the garden's beauty to preserve and display in a sunny window.

  1. Remove the central section of the paper plate, keeping the ribbed outer edge intact as a frame.

  2. Use the hole as a template to trace and cut two shapes from contact paper.

  3. Explore the garden to find leaves, flowers, or other items you wish to preserve.

  4. Open the contact paper and position it in the center of the plate. Arrange your chosen materials to create a design, such as a flower in the middle.

  5. Cover the design with the other sheet of contact paper, punch a hole at the top of the plate, thread a ribbon through it, and hang the decorative piece in your window.
